Douglas County Health Department will offer physicals at Arcola Schools on May 8, from 12-7pm.
DCHD has a new medical provider, Amanda Hosey, APRN, and she is excited to serve our new and existing patients!
This year we will be adjusting the setup of school/sports physical events slightly as follows:
School and sports physicals will have a nominal fee of $5 for sports physicals and $10 for school physicals. If parents/guardians would prefer DCHC to bill insurance, we will be able to bill commercial insurance plans and all Illinois Medicaid plans. Vaccines for commercially insured, Medicaid insured, and uninsured students will be provided as available at the events.
