The Douglas County Health Department is applying for competitive funding to hopefully bring additional programs to the Douglas County communities to meet after-school care needs. The program proposed would target providing an after-school program. Youth participating in the proposed after-school program would engage in life skills curriculum, STEM learning, field trips, exercise and so much more!
The health department is asking parents to complete a survey to assist them in planning for the program and writing the grant. There is a short timeline to this survey will close on Monday, April 22, 2024 at 5:00pm CST.

In an effort to increase parent participation, parents will be entered into a gift card drawing for one of two available $25 gift cards upon survey completion.
