Fall 2019 EIU dual credit classes available at Arcola High School: American History, Sociology, and Speech.
Applications are available in Mrs. Mendez's office. $100 deposit is due per class along with the application by Monday 4/29.
PAYMENT PROCESS:
One EIU dual credit class costs about $400 total.
1.Student pays $100 per class up front with application, checks or money orders made out to EIU. No cash.

2. EIU will send a bill for remainder of payment due to the student via the student’s email. The bill will also be located in their EIU account (PAWS). The student will pay the total balance by the first day of class, unless a payment plan is set up with EIU.
$400 minus $100 deposit = $300 due to EIU, paid by student
After completion and passing of the class with C or better, Arcola High School will reimburse student anything above $250
$400 minus $250 = $150 reimbursement to student from AHS
Student can apply for Libman and/or Lindenmeyer scholarships to get reimbursed the $250 paid per class, with a limit of $500 per scholarship.

If you were unable to attend the dual credit meeting, the student needs to come talk to Mrs. Mendez as soon as possible. Applications and $100 down payments per class are due Monday, April 29.
