AHS Track is wrapping up yet another successful season!
For the girls, Ema Simpson will be representing the #PurpleRiders at the IHSA State Track Meet on Thursday, 5/22, and Emmalee Reel was selected to the All-LPC Team based on her performance at the Conference Meet.
For the boys team, Braden Phillips, Brody Phillips, Remi Roberts McGeehon, and Tanner Thomas were named All-LPC 4x200 Relay at the Conference Meet. The boys Sectional Meet is tonight at Central A&M, with State next week.
Ema Simpson will be running the 400m dash at State tomorrow. Her preliminary heat is scheduled for 2:23pm (or close to it).
If she advances, she will run again on Saturday during the finals at 2:55pm.
