Calling all Pre-K through 6th grade future cheerleaders! Join us for two afternoons of cheers, dances, games, snacks, and LOTS of Purple Rider spirit, then show off everything you learned under the Friday night lights!

Parents and Guardians - Everyone should have received a message yesterday with information for setting up your account for our new communication tool, Rooms.
Here are some instructions to help you get your account set up and get started using Rooms.
Please take a few minutes to complete the setup when you have a chance.
Starting Monday, August 24th, you’ll receive messages and updates from your child’s school right inside the Arcola app.

📱 Text notifications even if you haven’t downloaded the app
💬 Easy access to message teachers, coaches, counselors & more
Arcola Schools will be hosting In-House Registration tomorrow from 4:00–7:00 PM.
If you need assistance completing your student's online registration, we'll have computers available for families to use, and staff will be on hand to answer questions and assist with the registration process.
🚪 Please enter through the High School Office doors when you arrive.
✅ You are still welcome to complete the registration process from home if that is more convenient for you, but we do the process completed ASAP.
If you have already completed your student's registration, thank you! Please disregard this reminder.
To view your elementary student's homeroom teacher, please make sure you have completed the following:
✅ Step 1: Complete your student's Online Registration.
✅ Step 2: Follow the instructions that were previously sent out to locate your student's homeroom teacher using the TeacherEase app or website.

If you have completed online registration and your student's homeroom teacher still does not appear, please contact Mrs. Hohlbauch at jhohlbauch@arcolaschools.com for assistance.

📚 Elementary Homeroom Teachers Are Now Available in TeacherEase! 🍎
If you have completed your student's online registration, you can now log in to TeacherEase to see your elementary student's homeroom teacher.
To find your child's homeroom teacher:
✅ Log in to TeacherEase
✅ Click Academics
✅ Select Subjects
✅ Your student's Homeroom Teacher will be listed there.
⚠️ Please note: You will not be able to see a homeroom teacher until your student's online registration has been completed.
⚠️ PreK rosters are not complete as of right now. Once they are done, we will notify parents that they can check TeacherEase to find out their teacher.
If you have completed registration and nothing appears for your student after logging in, please contact Mrs. Hohlbauch at jhohlbauch@arcolaschools.com for assistance.

Homeroom teachers will be available in TeacherEase beginning August 1st.
Please note: You must complete your student's online registration before you will be able to view their homeroom assignment. If you haven't registered yet, please do so as soon as possible.

If you receive a message that there isn't an account associated with the email address you entered, and you don't have another email address that may have been used to create your account, please email:

Families registering new students will need to contact the appropriate school office to schedule a time to come in and complete the registration process.
