The Arcola School District is seeking candidates for a full-time custodian to work from 9:30 am – 6:00 pm. All physicals and current immunization records are due to the school by October 15th, 2020. This applies to all in-person and remote learners in Kindergarten, 6th , 9th, 12th grades.
Kindergarten - Needs a current physical, immunizations, eye exam, and dental exam.
6th Grade - Needs a current physical, immunizations, and dental exam.
9th Grade - Needs a current school physical, a sports physical can not be accepted.
12th Grade - Needs to provide proof of a 2nd Meningococcal vaccine

The Arcola School District was notified this weekend that
a staff member has tested positive for COVID-19. The district is working with the Douglas County Health Department to ensure that the necessary individuals are quarantined for the required amount of time. The rooms in the facility where the staff member worked will be cleaned accordingly to CDC protocols.

1. If you have not registered your student(s) you can still do that online (teacherease.com), or at the school from 3:00 - 7:00 PM today.
2. If you plan to opt in to remote learning for your student(s) you must fill out this form by 3:00 PM tomorrow. https://forms.gle/nVXfnKC18brkYAcE7
3. If you have already signed up for remote learning and have not completed online registration through teacherease.com, this must be done ASAP to enroll your student(s). Filling out the Google form does not take the place of the registration process.
