The Arcola School District is seeking candidates for the position of Junior High–High School Attendance Clerk. A high school diploma is required.

This Thanksgiving, our goal is to help local families fill their tables with a warm holiday meal. Each box will include ingredients for families of Arcola CUSD students to enjoy together.
We can’t do it alone — we need your help!

Our Veterans Day Luncheon will be held Tuesday, November 11 at Arcola High School.
We would like to invite all veterans and active duty military to join us for our Veterans Day Luncheon and Program.

If you would like to purchase iPad insurance for the 2025–2026 school year, payment must be made by September 1st.
We can now easily add insurance to your account, allowing you to pay online or send payment directly to the school.

⚠️ If the insurance is not paid by Sept. 1st, your student will not have coverage for the 2025–2026 school year.

📅 Tuesday, July 29 – 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM
📅 Wednesday, July 30 – 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM
📍 Location: Arcola Jr. High Gym
✅ A parent or guardian must attend to register their student(s) during one of these times.
📌 Important Info:
If you cannot attend one of the scheduled times, please call the school office at 217-268-4962 to schedule an alternate appointment.
New students should call the office to set up a registration time
NEW PreK students will be contacted by the office.

We’re moving to in-person registration this year to improve the accuracy of student data.
🏠 Proof of Residency Required
Every household must bring:
A driver’s license or state ID
A utility bill (must show your name, address, and be dated within the last month)

In an effort to update and clean up student data, the Arcola School District will hold in-person registration for all returning students this year. This includes second-year PreK students. Online registration will not be available.
