Arcola CUSD #306 will be sending out Free and Reduced Lunch applications this week to:
-anyone that is not a direct cert (through the state)
- anyone that was on the Free and Reduced program last year.
These applications must be filled out completely and accurately, with a signature and date or the application can not be processed. We will included a postage paid envelope so the applications can be mailed back to the school for review. You will be notified of approval or denial via email or a letter mailed to your home.

2020-2021 IN-HOUSE REGISTRATION
Arcola CUSD #306 will be holding an in-house registration for those that don’t have the ability to register their student(s) online from home.
Date: August 6th
When: 7:00 - 9:00 AM and 3:00 - 7:00 PM
Where: Enter through the AG Shop doors -located on the South side of the building near the Jr. Sr. High school entrance.
Who: Only one person per family will be allowed to enter the building to complete registration.
Restrictions:
Masks must be worn at all times by anyone entering the building.
We will limit the number of people who enter the building at one time, to allow for proper social distancing.
Computers will be sanitized after each use.
Please allow extra time because the process will be slower due to safety protocols that must be followed.

Nancy Mathias faithfully served the Arcola School District for 37 years. Her passing is a great loss to the community of Arcola, especially to her school family at AJHS. She was an incredible friend, mentor, and advocate for students. She was a multitasking ninja who was 100% of the glue that held our school together. Someone so special can never be forgotten. Hugs and prayers go out to her family from the entire staff and faculty at the Arcola School District.

Parents of Elementary Students - you will receive an email with your student(s) homeroom teacher(s) within 7 days of completing online registration.
For anyone that registered a 7th -12th grade student earlier today, and you were not given the option at add iPad insurance but you do want the insurance, please email me - jhohlbauch@arcolaschools.com. I will get the fee added to your student account(s) and then you will be able to go in and pay the fee online. Sorry for the troubles with this.

We are experiencing an issue with online registration. Those that are registering students for the Jr. Sr. High level are not able to add the iPad insurance for their students. We are working with TeacherEase to figure out what is going on. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. Please check back for updates.
