There will be a JH Boys basketball parent/player meeting tomorrow at 5:30pm in the library for any boy interested in playing basketball this season. This also includes 6th graders.

The AHS Student Council regrets to inform the community that the Iron Man volleyball contest scheduled for Wednesday, October 10 at 7pm has been cancelled.
On another note, we hope to see you all at the Homecoming Parade this Friday, October 12. The parade starts at 2pm.

The Purple Rider Volleyball team will be holding their annual Pink Out game tonight, in the Jr. High Gym. Come out and support your Lady Riders and check out the items we have to raffle off. All money raised will be donated to Mills Breast Cancer Institute in Champaign, IL. We would appreciate your support.

Juniors will be taking the PSAT-NMSQT tomorrow, October 10, 2018. Students will need to report directly to their testing rooms for attendance. They will also need to bring a #2 pencil, a calculator, and a small snack (optional)

Congratulations to Myles Roberts who has been named a Commended Student in the 2019 National Merit Scholarship Program. Myles qualified and placed among the top 50,000 scorers of more than 1.6 million students who entered the 2019 competition by taking the 2017 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test(PSAT/NMSQT).


JUST A REMINDER: Juniors will be taking the PSAT-NMSQT on Wednesday, October 10, 2018. Students will need to report directly to their testing rooms for attendance. They will also need to bring a #2 pencil, a calculator, and a small snack (optional).

The HS students got a visit from the National Guard today. Thank you to Sargent First Class Fehrenbacher for taking the time to educate our students and talk about the opportunities the National Guard offers.
